• Maximum width of design is 5 inches and maximum height of design is 5 inches

• Maximum stitch count is 7,500 (don’t worry if you’re not sure how many stitches yours will take…we will make sure it’s under the proper count and message you if any changes need to be made)

Design Instructions: Your design or logo will need to be uploaded during the ordering process. If you do not have a design but have something in mind, simply email us at owner@rezilliant.org with your idea and we’ll send one or two options to choose from. 

The price you see if the price you get. We don’t play games to lure you in at one price only to find out the item you want is substantially more. We’re committed to customer satisfaction and will never play with your pocketbook!  All of our products are lovingly made in our smoke-free home and promptly shipped to your door. We ship custom items within 1-3 business days, once you approve the artwork mockup we send to you. If you require faster shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us. RETURNS: Custom products do not qualify for a return. If a quality issue exists, we will either replace it or refund the order/item, depending on the situation.
